Going to build a AC/DC welder out of old parts. Its going to do arc, flux and tig. First step will be to collect the parts. Microwaves are excellent sources for transformers and 120 volt relays.

Here are the AC transformers I will need:

These will need to rewound, but that means I need to do some math 😀 .The next thing I need to collect will be capacitors and diode bridge rectifier. The diode bridge will provide the DC output. Someone should buy me this for XMAS 🙂
