Updated with ingredient amounts for a 2 lbs loaf [11/05/2018]
- 1 1/2 Cups – 330g – Hot Water
- 2 TSP – Honey
- 1 TBSP & 1/4 – TSP Yeast
- 37.g – Melted Butter
- 1/2 TSP – Xanthan Gum
- 1 TSP – Salt
- 3 packets – Sweetener
- 2 – Room temperature(not chilled) – Eggs
- 1/2 Cup – 51g – Oat Fiber Flour
- 2/3 Cup – 112g – Ground Flax Meal
- 1 1/4 Cup – 256g – Wheat Gluten Flour

Pour this into your bread maker pan first:
- 1 Cup – 246 g – Hot Water
- 1 Tsp – 7 g – Honey
- Dissolve the honey into the hot water
- 1 Tbsp – 11 g – Instant brand yeast
Mix this into a side bowl:
- 3 Packets – Sweetner
- 2 – Large eggs
- Slightly beaten
- Room temperature
- 1/2 Cup – 38 g – Oat Fiber
- This is a specialty food and isnt the same as Oat Flour. I had to buy mine online.
- 2/3 Cup – 84 g – Ground Flax Meal
- 1 1/4 Cup – 192 g – Gluten Flour
- 1/2 Tsp – 1 g – Xanthan Gum
- 1 Tsp – 6 g – Salt
- 2 Tbsp – 28 g – Melted butter
Pour this now into your bread maker
Set the bread maker to:
- 1 1/2 pound loaf
- white bread
Let’er rip!
3 hours later, “Ding all done”
