Got the motor running … Woot!
Motor on the engine stand, water pickup is right above the prop on the underside of the cavitation plate.
At idle water coming out of the head is warm, but once its in gear and its idling fast then the water is much colder.
Ruh-roh, looks like oil is floating on the water … not to good.
Thats gear case oil … looks like i’m doing a seal or two in the lower unit
